Pretty Little Grunters
Support That’s Fun, Real, and All About You — Across Australia
Our Pack Philosophy

PLG - Your Wolf Pack
At PLG, we operate like a wolf pack — strong, loyal, and dedicated. In the wild, wolf packs survive and thrive because every member has a role, looks out for each other, and works together for the good of the group.
We take inspiration from that in the form of:
Collaboration: Just like wolves' hunt and protect together, our staff and participants work as a pack, supporting each other every day.
Dedication: Wolves are committed to their pack for life, and our team is equally devoted to providing care, respect, and encouragement.
Leadership & Support: Alpha wolves lead with guidance and protection; at PLG, our staff lead with expertise, empathy, and encouragement, helping participants reach their full potential.
Community & Belonging: Wolves rely on the strength of the pack for survival, and at PLG we believe everyone thrives when they feel seen, supported, and valued.
Our Pack is made up of staff, participants, and even Moose the Frenchie who all work together to make life better, safer, and more joyful. When we care together, everyone benefits.

About PLG

The PLG Story
At Pretty Little Grunters (PLG), we do things differently. We’re building a new kind of disability service. One that is ethical, real, playful, and 100% participant focused.
We’re proud to be a registered NDIS provider operating out of Ipswich, Queensland, supporting participants Australia-wide.
Meet Our Founder – Sakkara Dudley-Bateman
Sakkara is the heart and soul behind the Pretty Little Family. She’s a dedicated disability advocate, donating countless hours to the community, and passionately believes that everyone deserves a fair chance.
Sakkara’s journey as a single mother for over 15 years has given her a profound understanding of hardship, grit, and resilience. Starting from nothing, she has worked tirelessly to build this business from the ground up, driven by a belief that every person deserves a voice and the opportunity to share their story. She knows that sometimes, all people need is to be seen, heard, and truly understood.
Her passion for giving back led to the creation of:
-
Pretty Little Supports (PLS) — supporting participants with support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, and free advocacy services to help people navigate the NDIS and achieve their goals.
-
Pretty Little Warriors (PLW) — our Not-for-Profit arm, dedicated to community initiatives, advocacy, and empowerment programs.
